Perhaps this comment is too philosophical for this day-to-day oriented forum but.....Maybe some crazy brain can be interested... One might suggest comp.lang.scheme? A group there have developed a markup form using s-expressions and put it on the web. Unsure if they have an archive, deja news may help.
