the list is archived (as it says at the foot of every message) so there

I've done quite a bit more work on that stylesheet over the last few
days (and this morning) if anyone else is interested I might stick it on
a server somewhere...

Note that it doesn't do what was requested, namely turn html into xml,
it works at a level above: turning stylesheets that write html into
stylesheets that write xml.
