Er, no. XML insists that the token `#PCDATA' appears first in an or
group and that the whole group is in a repeated * clause, but that is 
its position in the DTD element declaration.
In otherwords it insists, if you have PCDATA at all in an element
content, that it can appear anywhere and that any elements that may
appear my appear in any order.
