as long as the uri is correct it does not matter what prefix
you use, it can be xsl or axsl or no prefix at all.
It does not matter to the namespace aware parser.

The `namespace name' is _not_ xsl: it is 
http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform

The prefix is just an arbitrary string chosen by the author
of each stylesheet.
