calculating dimension
In section 5.5.5.2, the current XSL WD has this to say:

"Font size adjustments take place when computing the actual value of
'font-size'."

How would this affect a dimension that is expressed as, for example,
"1.5ex"? Is the pre-adjustment x-height or the post-adjustment
x-height used? Since the above statement from the WD says that font
size adjustments aren't applied until the _actual_ value of the font
size is calculated, I am inclined to believe that the pre-adjustment
x-height should be used, and that the value of font-size-adjustment
has no effect on dimensions expressed in ex's.
