The name=value is a new XSL feature which allows parameters to be passed to
the stylesheet.
Check out <xsl:param> in the spec. http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xslt

<xsl:template match="*[@type='213']">
Will match any tag with type='213'

Don't forget to update your stylesheet namespaces or XT won't work.
