depends what you're used to, if you've been programming in tex for the
last 12 years, it's bliss:-)

actually some primitive to help with grouping probably would be a good
idea for a post 1.0 releaase, but if discussing new features I think its
important to distinguish between adding new functionality and adding
convenience (for user, or implementor) features.
