XSL FO: table of contents

I am trying to make a table of contents with XSL FO. All well, more or 
less, except that I cannot see how to do

  1. Introduction ...................15
                  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

what FO should I be using for this "dotfill"?

When I have this working, I am almost ready to show a more-or-less
working, cheap and cheerful, implementation of XSL FO to print.
