Question about "XPath 3.7 Lexical Structure"

Subject: Question about "XPath 3.7 Lexical Structure"
From: "Larry Fitzpatrick" <lef@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Thu, 29 Jul 1999 16:28:42 -0400
xpath 3.7

The document states:
An OperatorName token or MultiplyOperator token is recognized as such only when there is a preceding token and the preceding token is not one of @, ::, (, [, , or an Operator.
Specifically, for MultiplyOperator  tokens, shouldn't ':' (colon) also be in the list of preceding tokens, so that  Rule [37] works?

thx
