Nice idea - 
how do you get access to the querystring parameter in the XSL file?? - USe
the ASP Request Object? and use this in the XSL file?
Also i would probably use something like
	strValue = oXMLDOMNode.transformNode(stylesheet &
"?locale=brazil&language=port")
