RE: MSXSL Processor

Last I had heard DataChannel had taken this over for MS.  The
DataChannel parser at one time was a java version that included
the features of the MS XML parser.  I have not keep up with 
DataChannel and do not know the current state of features in
DataChannel vs features in MS.
