Comments of the CSS WG chair on XSL...

Hi.

In light of the recent debate whipped up around XSL, I found the following
article which quotes heavily the CSS WG chair's (favourable) opinion of XSL,
as might be expected as he's also on the XSL WG.

I did think of posting it to XML.com, but the furour seems to have settled
and I was loath to bestir the honets nest :)
