I was reminded of this and the sister book The Little Schemer (which might
be more appropriate for DSSSL) when David Megginson wrote his 19 questions
on Namespaces. I suggest privately to David at the time that it would be fun
to write The Little XMLer (not to be confused with The Little MLer).
