I am not sure what to make of the statement:

  All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They
  are endowed with reason and conscience

I know plenty of people who are NOT endowed with "reason" or
"conscience"; I bet some of them use XSL.

but then again I never did understand how "rights" can be granted from
within.
