DOES WORK- but displays xsl:stylesheet attributes
    <xsl:template><xsl:value-of/></xsl:template>
    <xsl:template match="/"><xsl:apply-templates/></xsl:template>
    <xsl:template match="greeting"><xsl:apply-templates/></xsl:template>

WORKS
    <xsl:template match="/"><xsl:apply-templates/></xsl:template>
