Re: multiple Formatting namespaces.

Frank Boumphrey has raised an issue I'm experimenting with in FOP. At
present FOP (partially) supports nine WD-XSL FOs. I am planning this week to
add direct support for some PGML element types so you can use PGML for
vector graphics in your formatting object trees, combining both FO and PGML
vocabularies.
