Yes, you are right. Use of relative URI references in namespace
declarations is deprecated, by the Namespaces in XML 1.0 spec, (ref:
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml-names/#iri-use). The page,
http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xppa has more information about this
recommendation.
