I found this is a bad starting point, because of all the errors.

(1) "text/xqueryp" should probably be "text/xquery"
(2) XHTML namespace not declared in XQuery (not necessary?)
(3) H1 should be h1 - but then apparently it shouldn't? Bizarrely,
     //H1 works while //h1 doesn't.
(4) typographical quotes lead to non-recognition of XQuery <script>
