Agreed (if it's anything like xslt then 1.1 will be dropped in favour
of 2 so it might yet happen)

ahh cool, thanks.

Scrolling up from that link is actually the key problem - and when
that gets solved namespaces will make a lot more sense, and be a lot
more useable.
