[Announce] BaseX 4.0

We are happy to announce the 4.0 release of BaseX, a native XML
database implementation.
Many features have been added to the new version:

- Support of XQuery 1.0, reaching 99.3% of the W3C XQuery Test Suite
- Partial support of XQuery Full-Text, based on the W3C Working Draft
- Several content-based indexes, utilized by the XPath implementation
- Extended GUI frontend to interactively perform queries and explore
database contents

BaseX is an open source project. It is developed by the DBIS Group at
