Thanks all for hints.

I didn't solved it satisfactorily, in my opinion. But it works.
No, i pass a string literal via XQueryServie of eXist and than parse it 
with funktion eval(). But this already needs for an user to know that 
these eXist-specific funcion exists.

I prefer the way of saxon, by passing a StreamResource as variable. This 
is really comfortable (same in Berkley DB XML).
