xqDoc Supports W3C XQuery 1.0 Recommendation

xqDoc, the automated documentation tool for XQuery, is pleased to
announce support for the W3C XQuery 1.0 Recommendation.  In addition to
supporting the W3C official recommendation, xqDoc continues to support 6
previous working drafts so that a wide range of XQuery implementations
can leverage xqDoc.
