Any problem with xmlns attribute on output html
	element?

It's not in itself a problem but it changes the name of the element,
pretty much as if you change "html" to "foohtml", and you just need to
make the xquery name tests match. by default unprefixed names in xquery
select elements in no-namespace, so you need to (either) declare the
default namespace in the query also to be http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml
or declate a prefix such as h for http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml
and then use name tests such as
for $p in h:html/h:body/h:p return......
