Returning "pre-pos" context

You only need a FLWOR expression if you can't do it in a path expression...
 
Although you can always write
 
for $x in /path/expression
return $x
 
... plenty of novices do!

I said tag, but what I meant was the element of the tag...sorry. I wish I
could some way to do this in a FLWOR expression. But thanks anyway for your
