New Qexo implementation available

I recently released a a new version of Qexo, an implementation that
compiles XQuery to Java bytecodes.  Get Qexo as part of the Kawa 1.8
release, see: http://www.gnu.org/software/qexo/#Download or see:

Major changes include: implementation of 'order by' clauses; more
functions including 'distict-values'; external variables; the start of

Basically, this release makes a huge increase in the number of
the "use cases" that work correctly.
