A simple question on mapping from a novice

Hi,
which is the sintax for map on this situation?

source:
    .....
    element a with fields 1,2,3
    element b with fields 1,2,3

target:
.....
    element c with fields 4,5,6

I wan't  element c repeated for each element a + each element b.
Is it possible?
How?
