RE: Is the XML Schema for XML Digital Signatures needed?
Hi Liam,

I am assuming that any XML digital signature tool will produce a correct:

<ds:Signature>
   ...
</ds:Signature>

Hence, there is no benefit to me validating the <ds:Signature> against an XML Schema. And there is no benefit to my <Document> schema importing and referencing the XML Schema for digsig.

That's a good point. However, for my particular situation I only need validation.

Thanks Liam!
