Re: Updating Schematron.com site
I am amazed at how I can enforce writing rules using Schematron Quick Fix in oXygen XML and how much easier my life has been automating the making of rote changes.

I have a DocBook publishing environment tailored for producing OASIS work products and first used SQF to enforce non-model content constraints. Then it became necessary to simultaneously publish an OASIS standard as an ISO standard and so wrote a conversion of DocBook to ISOSTS for my ISOSTS publishing environment. With SQF I can enforce more DocBook constraints to support the result of transformation to ISOSTS where constraints are tighter than DocBook.

I didn't know what I was missing until I had it in my hands and used it!

Hello,

Would be great if you can add some information about the Schematron QuickFix language.

Schematron QuickFix (SQF) - a simple language to specify the actions that will be used to fix the Schematron detected issues, layered on top of XPath and XSLT, and integrated within Schematron schemas through the annotation support. The first draft of the Schematron QuickFix specification was published in April 2015 and it is now available on GitHub (http://schematron-quickfix.github.io/sqf) and within the W3C “Quick-Fix Support for XML Community Group” (https://www.w3.org/community/quickfix/).

There are two implementation available, one in oXygen XML Editor validation engine (http://www.oxygenxml.com), and one in Escali Schematron engine (http://schematron-quickfix.com/escali_xsm.html).

I am refreshing the Schematron.com site.

One thing I would like to do is to put in mentions of current software or systems (proprietary or Open Source) that use Schematron or support Schematron development. If you have or use some system, please let me know and I can put a link in. Systems that generate Schematron certainly of interest.

Similarly, if you have any link to an academic paper or conference paper (not being merely a tutorial or introduction) that references Schematron in some interesting way (e.g. concerning graph constraint languages) I'd like to put up some links to those. Or practical papers, in particular where Schematron was used as the initial proof-of-concept implementation but then replaced by some optimized hardcoded system, would be neat too.

Thanks
Rick
