Hi,

I recall a lengthy discussion on this list at the time of the troubled go-live of the US Federal Health Insurance Exchange HealthCare.gov.

At the time there was a decision to review the processes leading to selection of contractors to create the system and the actual development process itself, as I recall.

I am wondering if anything actually changed as a result of this review, or if it indeed occurred?
