The 'Letter' element node has three child nodes, a text node with contents "
This is to inform you that it is
" that is a sibling node to the 'em' element node which is a
sibling to the text node with contents "
you contact us regarding your eligibility.".

So I would call those text nodes sibling nodes of the 'em' element node.
