That's what we said of XML at first - there's no reason to use XML as an SGML replacement. We were in a world in which XML was input to a Netscape plugin. These things have a habit of either growing like weeds, or of dying by the wayside unused, so I prefer to prepare for success at least a little, even if it does not come. -- Liam Quin - XML Activity Lead, W3C, http://www.w3.org/People/Quin/ Pictures from old books: http://fromoldbooks.org/ Ankh: irc.sorcery.net irc.gnome.org freenode/#xml
