Validate RDF/RDFS/OWL?

What is the best way to validate an RDF to conform to RDFS and OWL standards?

I need this in order to write a new specification about use of RDF for describing XML namespaces.

I am a Debian Linux user. Debian provides the following packages about RDF. Which of the many to choose?
