RE: [ Revision #2 ] 15 elementary truths about XML
Roger,

From my perspective your questions are always thought provoking and enjoyable. Given that you know as much or more than most on these topics (I remember you teaching me XSD some 11 years ago :-) ) and are asking for specific reuse reasons does not diminish the value of the discussions you foster. Using this list as a sounding board for you to crystalize how to present or address issues from clients or in your writings seems fully appropriate to me. Please keep them up.

Kind Regards,

Hi Folks,

I apologize if my breaking things down into very simple concepts has offended anyone. That was not my intent.

Lately I have been reading math books, in particular Euclid's Elements. What is fascinating about the Elements is that Euclid starts with extremely simple concepts (e.g. 2 points make up a line) and from them he builds an incredibly rich body of knowledge.

I am attempting to proceed in a similar fashion: start with extremely simple concepts and gradually build upon them.

/Roger
