EPUB3 third public draft

Dear colleagues,

EPUB3 is an e-book format based on HTML5, SVG, and, CSS among others.
Schemas for EPUB3 are written in RELAX NG, Schematron, and NVDL.

IDPF (International Digital Publishing Forum) has released the
third public draft of EPUB3.  See http://idpf.org/epub/30 for
more information.  The schemas can be downloaded from
the svn repository, which is available at

Comments can be submitted via the EPUB3
Working Group Issue Tracker, available at
http://code.google.com/p/epub-revision/issues/list.  But I
see nothing wrong about discussions about the interaction
of HTML5, RELAX NG, and EPUB here in this mailing list.
