First-draft MicroXML specification
I've put together a first-draft MicroXML spec that covers XML
1.0, Namespaces in XML 1.0, the Infoset, xml:id, and XML Base
in MicroXMLized form. It's about 20 pages long. Get it at
http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/microxml.txt .

Comments and corrections are solicited here, by private email,
or at my blog posting.
