Thanks for the additional information. If it's in a subscription area, then that seems unlikely to change in the near future. So I've put my two XML conference papers on the Recordare web site. I did retain copyright on these papers.

As far as I can see IDEAlliance have moved all these conference proceedings to an area that you can only access by subscription. This is very sad for the community, though they are almost certainly within their rights.
 
I've hastily cobbled together HTML versions of some of my own papers and put them on the Saxonica site. (I don't *think* I signed over exclusive copyright!). Hopefully Google will soon find them there - but it's no substitute.
