Re:  Is "markup" a noun or a verb?  Do you "markup data" or "wr
Tagging just sounds wrong to me. To tag sounds like your a hitting one  
specific point (start tag, end tag, toe tag, tag cloud, tag you are  
it). Wrapping tags sounds a little better. I like marked up the data  
best.
