I think XSD 1.1 allows some of the solution.  But it seems that assertions 
are not allowed on elements (based on looking at 
http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5861), so I think it would be 
difficult to ensure that the first element within the <entry> element was of 
one type and the second was of the other type.

There may be another way to achieve it though.
