[ANN] XQuery 1.1 First Public Working Draft

The XML Query Working Group has published the first public
Working Draft of a new version of XQuery, XQuery 1.1, at
http://www.w3.org/TR/xquery-11/

[actually it was published a couple of weeks ago, but
I was away and forgot to send this, sorry!]

The draft proposes the addition of grouping and windowing.
Please see the Status section near the start of the document
for how to send comments on the draft to the Working Group.
