I can understand that it's also difficult to document every single interaction with every piece of module and feature (such as OLE, macros, WYSIWYG aspects, etc). Basically, the objectives are good. My guess is that when commenting on technical issues and problems, sometimes the comments are automatically interpreted as judging on the rationale or motivation behind (in a negative way). So other than praises, all other comments are to be defended against. Too emotionally driven. I'm talking about nobody in particular, of course. cheers, Melvin Chin
