UBL Methodology for Code List and Value Validation version 0.8 draft 6

For those working with this code list validation methodology for 
genericode (it is not reserved only for use with UBL or for 
genericode but can be used with any XML vocabulary and code list 
representation), the latest draft was published this evening:
