Maybe, but he's right, Rob. It ain't the point. We are the hypertext wizards. We should be talking about this issue. We made the bath. :-) I've looked at the Stylus refs for some time. They don't bother me. It is the legal issue that does because as I point out with music sampling, the rules are different for different entities and in law that is very bad juju.
