What's considered off-topic for xml-dev?

I would've thought 2D vs 3D discussions were OT...

It seems most threads on xml-dev end up as discussions about X3D and
VRML, regardless of how they started - take this one for example.

Perhaps that's the reason xml-dev defaults to reply-to-sender instead
of reply-to-list, to make you really think about whether the archives
would benefit from your reply.
