Culture is not made by computer science.  Cultures are made by people who
use computer science.

That is why the HTML-centric web browser is doomed.

No contest. The math library. After all, in 1964 computer science was 
just a funny subfield of math. No math libraries in 1964 ==> no web in 
2004.
