Yep, we all need distractions in life as a means to avoid working for a
living.

There were references to XML in a commercial on American TV some years ago
when it was still fab.

I went to an interview this morning where I was asked if I was familiar with
FOSI and EPIC.   Some technologies are the Energizer Bunnies of their
fields.  Don't throw away your COBOL manuals just yet.

"XML namespaces" and "infoset". 

Funny...here that would have been "John Kerry" and "The Washington
Redskins".
