problems with diffmk
Another way to compare e.g. two DocBook documents (other XML documents is
also possible) is Norms DiffMk at http://sourceforge.net/projects/diffmk/.

I have not used it for a long time due to certain problems, but noticed
recently that Norm had released an update. I do not know the nature of the
change, but it looks like a potential very promissing project.
