POSTER PRESENTATIONS ANNOUNCED
For the first time this year, the Symposium Program Committee has invited a
few individuals to participate in poster sessions. These poster sessions are
designed to provide a forum for participants to highlight and share their
information and to receive technical advice from our community. There will
be a centrally located area for poster sessions, allowing everyone ample
time to walk around, review, and comment.

SPONSOR TABLE-TOP EXHIBITS
Table-top exhibit space has been added as a benefit this year when you
become an event sponsor. Symposium sponsors will showcase standards-related
products and services using their table-top space. Exhibits are only
available to our event sponsors and space is limited. Current event
sponsors include: BEA Systems, EDS, IBM, Intel, PTC, SAP, Sun Microsystems,
and Xenos <http://www.oasis-open.org/events/symposium_2006/sponsorship.php>
. If your company is able to support OASIS as a sponsor, please contact
Peter Roden - peter.roden@oasis-open.

AUTHORS AND PUBLISHERS - BOOK DONATIONS STILL ACCEPTED
There is a growing body of books that feature technical and executive-level
information on OASIS Standards and specifications. The Symposium Book Table
will showcase these books at a display in the registration area. This is not
a book sale, but an opportunity to give attendees a first-hand look at the
range of available titles. A handout listing all books, including
information on purchasing options, will be provided. Books will be on
display during the Symposium and raffled off to attendees at the end of the
event. Contact the manager of events at events@o....
