unable to chdir to maildir
Sorry for the off-topic post, but I wasn't sure where else to send it.
I started by noting a few minor broken windows on the OASIS list entry 
for xml-dev.
Looks like they weren't the only things broken.
Hopefully, this will get to the right person eventually.
