I have used Omnimark and it produces wonderful result
in accomplishing this task. Just about the same way
that Betty has mentioned.

Could some of you gurus provide some ideas or
techniques that you have used for Interleaf to XML
conversion. I am using Filtrix to convert the files to
Word; however, I haven't got a pleasing output yet.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
