I've worked/consulted for software firms with anywhere from one to >20,000 people and I can't say I've ever noticed any correlation between company size and the kinds of people working there. I've found young, old, smart, stupid, annoying, nice, and every other kind of person at all sizes of companies. About the only correlation I've ever noticed is that people in small companies work as generalists and people in large companies work as specialists. But even that doesn't mean they are inherently generalists or specialists -- it's just the kind of work they do given their current position. </off_topic> -- Ron
